Prior to the album's release, sleeved singles were given away for free at special shows at which the band posed as another band under the name ANOMIE. It contains one song. More info on ANOMIE at the bottom of this page. The recording is the same as the album releases, it contains no booklet.

The first press releases came with cardboard sleeves. The lyric's booklet inside had yet again another image. These first press releases came with a DVD with the music video for ANOMIE. The images presented were taken from Mercari. It also contained a little flyer ticket. If you brought it to the sales booth at the DAWN OF ANOMIE concert at Akasaka BLITZ on July 23, 2009, you would be able to get the Eternal Symphony single as a freeby.

Trivia

The regular edition that was released later contained Eternal Symphony as a bonus track. Eternal Symphony had previously been released as a venue limited release.

ANOMIE, like Gilia, also enjoyed a European release. It contains two bonus tracks and an extra booklet with the lyrics in romaji and translations.

The European edition also comes with a track titled Eternal Symphony. However, it is not the same track released as a venue limited single. It is a short, 1:05 long track with an acoustic guitar playing and a piano playing the opening tune of Tenjou he no Kakehashi wo playing over it.

The flyer included in the limited edition contains an annoucement for the Dawn of Anomie concert and mentions that the flyer can be traded in at that show to receive the venue limited Eternal Symphony single. The slogan on the top of the flyer says この世界に規則はいらない。"We don't need rules in this world."

Matenrou Opera is a young band who blew everyone away with their first appearance.

The band was formed by ~sono~ (Vo./ex.Jeniva) and ~yu~ (Dr.) in spring 2007.

Their first live show was at Urawa Narciss on May 4th 2007.

On the same day they released their first single "alkaloid showcase" and it sold out very quickly. ~sono~ proved in their first release that his already amazing voice has dramatically improved, becoming very distinguishable. Their songs are unique, along with their appearance which is dark yet stylish.

After some shows, Mika (Gt.) and Karen (Key.) decided to leave the band and the last show with the original line-up was at Ikebukuro Cyber on Nov 17th 2007.

After that, ~anzi~ and ~ayame~ joined them and the new Matenrou Opera appeared at an event by Sherow Artist Society, which is run by KAMIJO (Versailles), in Omotesandou FAB on Dec 23rd.

This fabulous band is set to release their second single “Ruriiro de egaku niji” on March 5th and will join Versailles on their European tour which is suppose to take place in March and April 2008.

On January 21, 2009, a band called Anomie announced their existence to the world. On their website (which is unfortunately unavailable now), they left messages with titles such as ''GIFT", "to the one and only you" etc.

Their slogan is: 謎のバンドが始動！カウントダウンが終わる時刻に何が…！?

"A mysterious band has started activities! What will happen when the countdown finishes...!?"

Their aim is to 'reset' the world to one that is pure white. The imagery on the ANOMIE album is supposed to represent that world. The band seems to be obsessed with moon imagery and their one-man live coincided with a lunar eclipse. The band's website had a countdown clock counting own until that one-man live.

The band was supposed to serve as an 'alter ego' to Matenrou Opera, on a mission to rid people from their discontent and troubles in their daily lives. After the events of the one-man show, these characters disappeared forever. They would return to their cores, the members of Matenrou Opera.

The band had an interview in Cure Vol.72 (September 2, 2009).

ANOMIE's first appearances were for the: Versailles Presents 「かくめいのアンソロシー」(Kakumei no ANSOROSHII/The Anthology of Revolution) lives. They appeared on two of the tour dates. Mind you that there are more dates so the information mentioned below the dates applied to more than just these two. Matenrou Opera performed as themselves on every other date. Dates mentioned further below.

【Method of aquiring a ticket】
1 ticket will be given for the purchase of over 1 CD and/or DVD purchased at participating stores (limited to all visual kei related merchandise : Non-visual kei artists are not included). When paying at the register, please mention that you would like a ticket for "he Anthology of Revolution".
※There will be a ticket included with preorders of Versailles' new DVD to be released on the 20th of May.
The order of entrance is mentioned on the ticket.

・When a ticket is purchased, the numbers are randomized. (Translator's note: what this means is that it's not first come first serve when it comes to ticket purchased. Hence, it is useless to try and rush to the store as you get a random number)

・A beverage fee is required upon entering the venue.

・At every performance, the members of Versailles will come greet the audience.
