It was given away for free at the DAWN OF ANOMIE live on July 23, 2009 at Akasaka BLITZ to people who brought the little flyer ticket included in the limited edition versions of ANOMIE. It is labeled 'NOT FOR SALE' on the back and on the obi.

The flyer included in the limited edition pf ANOMIE contains an annoucement for the Dawn of Anomie concert and mentions that the flyer can be traded in at that show to receive the venue limited Eternal Symphony single. The slogan on the top of the flyer says この世界に規則はいらない。"We don't need rules in this world."
